We need to generate/consume data files using STP, perform data ETL, set up automated deliveries, and interact with REST API (JSON) web services with 2-way SSL Certificates. We need to export HubSpot data and load it securely to SFTP server securely.
  • Easy to connect HubSot and sftp
  • Free to use
  • High-security and protection for very valuable data
  • No notifications on processes for data sending when completed
  • Limits for updating data once a day (but I think tha is limitation of the free plan

Transferring raw image files from Salesforce to the FTP server. Previously, manual download from Salesforce, saving them on computer, then re-upload to the FTP again. Not very exciting I’d say! This tedious process made me look for some innovative technologies. I found Skyvia and set up the Salesforce-FTP data transfer quickly.
  • Web-based so I can access Skyvia even in the airport or in remote locations
  • Fits my budget
  • Works rather fast
  • Simplicity in the user interface and all the terms are real clear
  • Getting email notifications on the data transfer completion is something I really need

We use Skyvia as a perfect solution for data replication from Salesforce to SQL server with further integration to Power BI and for data ingestion from multiple sources.
  • Skyvia gives the ability to synchronise data in real-time: each data performance in Salesforce (adding, editing, and deleting) is automatically updated in SQL Server and ready for analysis in Power BI.
  • The platform supports accurate and consistent data migration and replication across all systems.
  • It would be great to increase the number of connectors to call to the decentralised API.
Skyvia is a good choice for data backup and restoration. Automatic daily and manual cloud-to-cloud SaaS backups ensure that our data is securely backed up and can be easily restored when needed. The search for backup functionality helps to find and restore specific records quickly.

We use different very specific programs, required by the Core Business of our organization. Integrations are very important, in a DataLake and Microservices based process structure. Thus, we require serverless processing as close to real time as possible, with an adequate balance in price. Skyvia has allowed us to facilitate integrations and information movement in the consolidation of integrations, reporting solutions, and data processing for predictive analytics.
  • Connectors to different applications
  • Quality in the data transformation processes
  • Simplicity to perform complex ETL tasks
  • Integration of reverse processes, and with different cloud providers.
  • Increased ability for asymmetric process window changes.
  • Continue to integrate into new applications with the same quality.
  • Add some automation options in the tree.
  • Easy extraction of data from the most common applications, and its use in post-processing, at the best cost per record in the market.
  • Decreases the learning time of the information typologies between two (several) integrations.

We provide data solutions for nonprofits who primarily use Salesforce and also need data warehousing or other ETL functionality on a limited budget. We use Skyvia for a range of solutions. Our most common use case is replicating Salesforce, CSVs and other SQL databases into a SQL database or warehouse. We also use it to export data to partners who can only process files stored on an sFTP server, perform Salesforce-to-Salesforce data transfers between partner organizations, and perform the necessary translations in in doing any of that work.
  • Salesforce replication into a SQL database
  • Salesforce to Salesforce data transfers
  • Data ingestion from multiple sources
  • Their ability to hit a generalized API (e.g. an endpoint for which they do not currently have a connector) would open up a range of possibilities
  • The translation tools are straightforward but could be expanded a bit
We recommend Skyvia to our clients who need a simple, straightforward method to transfer data between databases reliably, securely, and affordably.

This is not an ETL tool of yore that requires specialized knowledge in whatever langauge the tool prefers. That simplifies the experience dramatically for organizations who have outsourced or less experienced technical staff.

I have not tried Skyvia in a large and highly complex in-house scenario where having the transformations occur more heavily in the tool rather than in the source or destination data solution is desirable. I have not seen any speed or performance issues that would give me pause, even at relatively high volume, even when compared to other similar tools. However I am not yet persuaded that its transformation tools are as robust as in other solutions.

Skyvia is my go-to solution for importing and exporting data from Salesforce. I've used it for a number of clients, from small and medium sized companies to global brands. I love this tool.
  • Import data
  • Export data
  • Connect data sources
  • offers lookups and data formulas
I love the lookup ability for imports which allows me to find the unique identifier in the system I'm importing to. I've used formulas on occasion as well, which was great, and I've advised clients on setting up scheduled imports too, which is still working great for them. I've also used this for some very large data loads, and any limitations have been on the receiving system and not with Skyvia.

We are using Skyvia to connect our Hubspot CRM system to our internal reporting systems by replicating the data into our Azure SQL server. The reporting in Hubspot did not meet our executives needs and could not report effectively on Line Items. By copying the data each day to SQL we can provide all information our business requires.
  • Simple Interface to build dataflows
  • Alerts are sent if issues incurred
  • Support is very good
  • The accounts team requires Invoices to sent - only proforma invoices are available
  • It is not an issue with Skyvia, but with Hubspot it is not possible to download changed data only for the Line Item table. Therefore a full download is required and therefore limits me to updating the data just once a day
It was very simple to setup the connection required to both HubSpot and our Azure SQL server. It is then a simple process of using these connections to setup the replication of each table required from HubSpot and set an appropriate schedule. The only advise I would give after using it for a couple of months is to create a separate replication job per table as it is easier to then amend and rerun schedules if required.

We are using Skyvia to connect our Hubspot CRM system to our internal reporting systems. The reporting in Hubspot did not meet our executives needs. The connectivity allows us to control the interface and report as our users would like to see the inforamation.
  • Easy to Use
  • Set it and forget it
  • Secure
  • Initially hard to find the solution
Skyvia provides a very cost effective way to connect our cloud based solution to our legacy reporting system.

Skyvia was easy to get up and running and solved the problem of having no on-staff developers to build out some access APIs for a new integration we were dreaming up. We've had the product running now for a couple of months and are really happy with the overall investment we've had to put into it in both time and money. I can see expanding the usage as our needs grow based on how easy it is to integrate into our company's infrastructure.
  • Easy to get started and connected to your source systems
  • Good documentation as far as the protocols used for data access
  • Responsive and informed customer service folks and easy to get technical help
  • Little thought put into the DevOps side of things in current product
  • Movement of pieces among workspaces could be improved
Great to use if you need to quickly establish an API to a cloud data source. Very beneficial in setting up an integration and scalable to move forward for everyday use in the right scenarios. Would be helpful if there was a "dev" license that allowed for a little more data movement for throttle testing versus blowing your allowed data cap in one poorly written API call.

We are using Skyvia as a data integration solution to sync our clients' Mailchimp email lists with our SQL database. We as a company struggle to keep our database up-to-date - we are sending out tons of emails and need to know how the clients have been interacting.
  • The strength of Skyvia is its versatility - they have different kinds of integration, query.
  • And backup products to cover different kinds of business tasks.
  • And we appreciate the scheduling - it really helps to set and make things automatically.
  • We wish the synchronization process could be a little bit faster - sometimes it takes quite a long time. Support team notified us that it is caused by API limitation, but nonetheless.
Skyvia is well suited for a unidirectional data sync from one data source to another.

So far it’s working perfectly for me. I’m pushing data to/from 3 separate locations utilizing Salesforce, Amazon AWS SQL and Excel from Google Drive.
  • Skyvia is quite good at pushing data from different sources and integrating them at a destination of your choice.
  • I like the flexible settings and that while syncing the mapping of the similarly named fields is being done automatically.
  • I'd love to get an email saying "whoops, your integration is ready" - at the moment I receive only bad news about failures. Would be nice to have a piece of good news, too.
Skyvia is 100% good at managing any unidirectional data integration/sync/backup, but if you need smth trigger-based, that's the wrong way to look.

We used Skyvia Import scenario for loading users from MySQL database to Zoho CRM. We had to set up the corresponding scheduling so that new users were transferred on a daily basis. Also, we used hourly updates. In order to avoid duplicates (to load only imported new records, based on email address) we used Upsert function while creating a task. We used Skyvia across a department for this project.
  • Free plan available
  • Lots of integration features
  • Scheduling
  • Nothing at all. We are satisfied with the product
Good enough for data import scenario. As for other cases - we don't use Skyvia.
